Dakkota Integrated Systems Announces Plans to Bring 625 Jobs to Detroit

Dakkota Integrated Systems will be opening a $55 Million facility on the former Kettering High School site in 2020, and hiring 625 people along with it. The most important part? Detroiters will get first crack at the jobs. To read the story, visit WXYZ Online.

OVER 8,000 Detroit Youth Start Summer Work Experience with GDYT

Grow Detroit’s Young Talent aims to give young Detroiters an early start on future career pathways. This summer, 8,281 youth will gain work experience in various career sectors. Read the rest of the story here.

FREE Expungement Services AVAILABLE at Detroit at Work Career Centers

Need Project Clean Slate services?  Please visit us at our Detroit at Work Centers each month.

Project Clean Slate offers expungement services at Northwest Activities Center on Monday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., and at Samaritan Center on Tuesday and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
